Every gram was scrutinized in the making of this shoe: a contoured, foot-shaped last cuts fatigue over long stints, and an ergonomic foot bed lets the foot move freely while still staying supported. A dual, asymmetric closure secures the fit, pairing an adjustable hook-and-loop strap with a traditional lace loop and para-aramid eyelets for a locked-in feel through hard braking and cornering. The collar drops lower at the rear to spare the Achilles, and a 3D rubber print at the toe adds extra durability where drivers wear through fastest. Underneath, the superlight tongue combines perforated microfiber with mesh, and additional perforation zones along the sides and toe keep hot air moving out of the shoe. An ergonomic polypropylene heel counter provides support and stability, a flatter, die-cut ribbed forefoot sharpens pedal feedback, and an integrated polyurethane heel adds a final layer of cushioned comfort. The ultra-thin Formula 1 spec sole rounds it all off with a rubber compound ribbed for grip in wet or dry conditions.
