The Alpinestars Radar V2 Shoes Fia Sfi Black were developed hand-in-hand with professional F1, NASCAR, and IndyCar pit crews, updating the original pit-lane shoe with sharper protection and a more refined fit for repeated, high-pressure use.

A leather upper carries a protective print reinforcement across the heel, ankle, and toe areas for lasting durability against scuffs and impact, and a fire-retardant textile lining runs throughout the shoe for genuine heat and flame protection. A dual closure system pairs an adjustable TPR hook-and-loop strap with a hidden loop and traditional eyelet lacing, giving a fit that can be customized and locked down fast during a stop. Strategically placed perforation zones push air through the shoe for cooling comfort, and a perforated, softly padded tongue adds extra comfort at the top of the foot. The collar is cut lower at the rear and finished with lightweight nitrile rubber padding, protecting the Achilles area without weighing the shoe down or limiting movement. An ergonomic heel counter uses a multi-material construction for extra support and stability, and Alpinestars exclusive rubber compound outsole extends over the toe for durability and grip through every stop, with mid-sole cushioning adding comfort underfoot over a long shift. Certified to FIA 8856-2018 and SFI 3.3 homologation standards, this shoe is engineered to keep pace with professional-level pit work.
