Constructed from abrasion-proof, tear-resistant, and elastic Sympatex performance 2-layer outer material, it delivers an excellent balance of durability and flexibility. The breathable, windproof, and waterproof construction ensures consistent performance during both short rides and long-distance touring.

Taped waterproof seams, a waterproof front fastener, and water-repellent YKK zippers enhance overall weather resistance, keeping riders protected in rain, wind, and changing environments. The lightweight design, with a total weight of approximately 1,650 g (±50 g), ensures comfort without compromising protection.

Rider Comfort, Mobility, and Safety

Designed with rider ergonomics in mind, this jacket offers excellent freedom of movement, allowing natural actions such as turning the head and looking over the shoulder with ease. The elastic outer material, accordion stretch panels on the shoulders and upper elbows, and preformed elbow structure all contribute to enhanced mobility and long-ride comfort.

Safety is reinforced with removable SAS-TEC shoulder and elbow protectors, crash zones constructed with 1.1–1.2 mm goatskin leather, and double-padded seams in high-stress areas. Reflective transfer prints and a reflective KTM zip-pull improve visibility in low-light conditions, adding an extra layer of safety for night or early-morning rides.

Comfort is further enhanced through insulating lightweight microfiber padding, a soft comfort collar, and a removable, washable, perforated inner lining designed for breathability and hygiene. Adjustable waist straps, elastic drawstrings on both sides, and upper-arm width adjustment via zipper ensure a personalized and secure fit.

Functional Touring Features and Year-Round Use

Built for versatility, the jacket includes ventilation zippers and a full mesh lining system for improved airflow during warmer conditions. A removable thermal lining with a waterproof pocket allows the jacket to adapt easily across all seasons, making it suitable for year-round touring.

Practical storage solutions include a waterproof pocket between the front panel and main zipper, along with additional internal compartments for secure item storage. A pocket for an optional SAS-TEC® back protector adds customization options for enhanced safety. Short and long connecting zippers enable compatibility with riding pants for a fully integrated touring setup.

Durable KTM TPR zip-pulls and an asymmetric concealed main zipper complete the design, ensuring both functionality and a clean, modern appearance.
