HARLEY DAVIDSON BUSHBY ULTRA LIGHT SUN SHIELD J03 12 HELMET GLOSS BLACK

The Harley‑Davidson® Busby Ultra‑Light Sun Shield J03 ½ Helmet in Gloss Harley Black is a masterclass in lightweight performance, minimalist style, and rider-focused utility—perfect for those craving freedom with flair.

At just 2 lbs (≈ 908 g), the helmet’s fiberglass and Spectra fiber composite shell delivers robust impact resistance while staying ultra-light, minimizing neck fatigue during extended rides. Despite its compact open-face design, it meets DOT safety standards (FMVSS 218) for reliable road protection.

Visibility and comfort reign supreme. A retractable sun shield, deployable with a gloved-hand slider, offers anti-scratch performance and 95% UV protection, eliminating the need for sunglasses. For wind control, there’s a removable outer visor that enhances aero efficiency and riding comfort.

Inside, the Scott-free quick-dry, moisture-wicking, antimicrobial liner keeps you cool and fresh, while being fully removable for washing. For tech-friendly riders, zip-off speaker pockets make incorporating a BOOM! Audio 20S Bluetooth headset seamless. A classic double D-ring chin strap ensures a secure, adjustable fit.

Finished in stunning Gloss Harley Black, adorned with Harley’s iconic Bar & Shield and stylized flame or rose graphics, this helmet merges understated elegance with bold presence. A protective storage bag is included for traveling peace of mind.
