Low-profile medial and lateral pivots deliver controlled flex for natural movement and added support, and instep and Achilles accordion flex zones enhance control and leverage while keeping a supportive feel through rough terrain. A contoured shin plate injected with high-modulus TPU handles impact and abrasion resistance, and a medial TPU panel with sculpted surface improves heat shielding on the inner leg.

The one-piece injected dual-compound foot shell, with an integrated hard toe protector and steel shank, protects the foot and toe with added underfoot reinforcement. A removable anatomic footbed cushions and evenly distributes weight, and polymer/fiberglass buckle arms with high-impact aluminum bridges combine strength with weight savings for a fast, secure, and fully replaceable closure.
