A bio-mechanical inner ankle brace forms the core of the protection, with lighter, anatomically redesigned medial and lateral torsion arms that expand range of motion while working alongside the outer boot chassis to deliver vertical and lateral protection with progressive damping of torsional forces. An outer-shell ankle control system manages vertical compression and boosts impact protection without restricting natural ankle movement, and an asymmetrical double-pivot system helps guard the ankles, knees, upper legs, and pelvis against rotational loading.

The shell itself blends lightweight microfiber with an impact- and abrasion-resistant TPU layer, streamlined through integrated component construction and advanced bonding processes.
