An outer-shell ankle control system manages vertical compression and boosts impact protection while still allowing natural ankle movement, working alongside an asymmetrical medial and lateral double-pivot system that supports independent, synchronized movement for precise flexion control. The bio-mechanical inner ankle brace pairs anatomically redesigned torsion arms with the outer chassis to deliver vertical and lateral protection with progressive damping of torsional forces.

The chassis is built from lightweight microfiber and an impact- and abrasion-resistant TPU shell, streamlined through integrated component construction. A Dynamic Heel Compression Protector’s dual-density TPU rear blade and collapsible, poly-foam-lined heel absorb high-impact energy, a system proven in professional Supercross and Motocross racing.
