At the heart of the design is a double-pivot system that preserves chassis integrity through flex, replacing the need for a separate torsion bar and providing progressive resistance to rotational and vertical forces around the ankle, knee, and upper leg. Cold-forged aluminum buckles with a self-aligning closure geometry pair with a lighter microfiber/TPU shell to trim over 400 grams from the boot while sharpening peg feel. A bio-mechanical inner ankle brace uses anatomically redesigned medial and lateral torsion arms to expand range of motion without giving up support.

The Dynamic Heel Compression Protector combines a dual-density TPU rear blade with a collapsible, poly-foam-lined heel to absorb high-impact energy and reduce injury risk, a system proven in professional Supercross and Motocross racing. A Frontal Flex Frame ties the foot shell to the shin plate through dual front and rear blade connectors, controlling flex and preventing hyperextension. CE certified to EN 13634:2017.
