Alpinestars T-Sps Ignition Waterproof Jacket Black/yellow Fluo is built for urban riding in changeable weather, pairing a hi-vis colorway with a fully sealed shell that keeps rain out without weighing the rider down.

The main shell is made from a reinforced poly-fabric with abrasion-resistant panels in strategic zones, wrapped around a fully seam-taped waterproof membrane that keeps water out down to the seams, a sealing method explained further on the Waterproofing Wikipedia page. Zippered air vents let riders dial in airflow on warmer days, and a removable thermal liner adds warmth when temperatures drop, making the jacket workable across a wide range of conditions. Fit and comfort come from a low-profile collar with 3D textured comfort fabric on the inner lining, a microfiber-edged collar, pre-curved sleeves that reduce fatigue over a long ride, and a cuff adjuster for a snugger seal. Two zippered hand pockets plus a waterproof inner chest pocket keep small items secure, and a waist connection zipper lets the jacket attach to compatible Alpinestars riding pants. Protection includes CE Level 1 Nucleon Flex Plus shoulder and elbow protectors, with chest and back compartments ready to take Alpinestars’ CE-certified Nucleon chest and back inserts as an upgrade. The jacket is fully CE Category II certified under PPE Regulation (EU) 2016 as an A-class riding garment.
