The knuckle is built around a new TPU double-density design, made from the same thermoplastic material family described on the Thermoplastic polyurethane Wikipedia page, meticulously sewn to balance impact protection with flexibility, and shaped with a lateral curvature and 3D ergonomic inner design that channels air directly through. A stretch 3D mesh top hand keeps airflow moving, and a perforated leather palm, a material covered further on the Leather Wikipedia page, adds grip and control while boosting breathability. A street-derived finger bridge preserves freedom of movement, wrap-around reinforcement toughens the outer palm and pinky finger, and cut-back panels on the first and second fingers keep control-finger movement free of pressure points. Strategically placed reinforcements and foam padding protect the main knuckle, fingertips, and palm strike zone, with leather overlays reinforcing the palm for durability, and the lower and fourth finger reinforcements wrapping around to reinforce the side seams. TPR palm and finger sliders manage sliding impact, ventilated fourchettes and a stretch woven thumb panel keep things cool, touchscreen-compatible zones on the thumb and index finger keep devices accessible, and an integrated pull tab makes the gloves easy to remove.
