The all-new SM3 Youth Helmet pulls a whole raft of technologies and innovations from Alpinestars’ adult helmet range to deliver the optimal blend of performance, protection, and comfort for growing riders. That includes a thermo-injected shell built from a special polymer blend for impact protection without excess weight, strong ventilation for heat transfer during active riding, and a patented low-friction coating on the inner EPS liner that helps reduce rotational acceleration forces from oblique impacts.

A patented visor release system is designed to detach with a pre-determined amount of force, reducing forces on a young rider’s neck during a crash, and the fit can be tailored through genuine spare crown and cheek pads for a more secure, personalized feel as kids grow. Finished in a bold blue, red, white, and black colorway, this helmet conforms to both DOT certification and ECE 22.06 homologation for reliable, dual-market protection.
