Construction

The multi-composite shell is manufactured using carbon fiber, aramid fiber, fiberglass, and pre-preg epoxy resin to provide exceptional strength while keeping weight to a minimum. A seven-piece, multi-density EPS liner is tailored to each shell size for optimized impact absorption and a precise fit. The Class 1 optical visor features dual anti-scratch treatment, Pinlock 120 MaxVision compatibility, and a secure tool-free quick-release mechanism. The interior includes a removable antimicrobial liner, 3D cheek pads with an Emergency Release System, eyewear channels, and hydration tube compatibility. An advanced 10-port ventilation system, integrated spoiler, and aerodynamic winglets maximize airflow while improving high-speed stability.

Protection

The S-R7 incorporates patented rotational impact technology that helps reduce rotational forces during angled impacts and exceeds ECE 22.06 rotational performance requirements. Integrated PLASMA collarbone protection inserts enhance impact absorption, while the helmet comes equipped with a clear visor, Pinlock 120 MaxVision anti-fog lens, breath deflector, chin curtain, and premium helmet bag for complete riding convenience.
