Construction

Built from durable 1.3mm race-grade leather, the GP Plus R v4 is designed to withstand demanding riding conditions while maintaining excellent comfort. Alpinestars’ innovative A-CS Plus stretch technology replaces traditional accordion leather panels, reducing weight while significantly increasing flexibility, tear resistance, and cut resistance. RIDEKNIT inserts along the inner arms provide outstanding breathability, mechanical stretch, and unrestricted movement without compromising abrasion resistance. Additional stretch zones beneath the arms and around the neck improve comfort in aggressive riding positions, while perforated leather panels across the chest and sides maximize airflow. Adjustable hook-and-loop waist tabs, ergonomic zippered cuffs, a longer rear profile, secure storage pockets, and a breathable mesh lining complete the jacket’s rider-focused design.
