Shaped on a running shoe last, this pair fits snugly around the foot while still leaving enough interior space for genuine all-day comfort, whether you’re riding or walking between stops. A 9mm sole drop and EVA midsole recreate the geometry of a performance trainer, and a removable OrthoLite® insock with an Open Cell PU compound helps manage heat and moisture over long wear. Inside the shoe, a sealed Drystar® membrane provides 5000mm of waterproofing along with 5000g/m² breathability, functioning like the waterproof fabric systems built into outdoor technical footwear. Protection is handled by a full-length CE-certified TPU inner sole plate, hidden ankle discs on both sides of the foot, and a reinforced thermoplastic polyurethane panel over the gear shift zone to resist wear from repeated contact. Alpinestars’ Transversal Protection Frame supports the foot on the footrest while still allowing natural forward flex for walking. An asymmetric outsole and oil-resistant dual rubber compound keep grip dependable on wet or unclean surfaces. Set against a black base, the camo pattern and red highlights give this shoe an adventure-ready edge, and it carries CE certification to EN13634:2017.
