The K6 S was engineered for maximum versatility, combining the best of sport and touring characteristics into a helmet suited for spirited backroads, long-distance travel, and everyday city riding. Its shell is molded from carbon and aramid fiber across four shell sizes, backed by a five-density EPS liner developed in four sizes, keeping the smallest configuration close to 1,290 grams. Under AGV’s Extreme Safety design protocol, this helmet exceeds the ECE 22.06 standard by a wide margin, reaching safety levels roughly 36% beyond current road requirements. Aerodynamics developed in the wind tunnel keep the shell stable across riding positions, and an evolving spoiler splits airflow to reduce buffeting once cruising speeds are reached. Front and chinguard air vents are built for easy adjustment even with gloves on, keeping airflow exactly where the rider needs it. Inside, waterproof, ventilated interiors are fully removable and washable, with Shalimar fabric on the crown pad and DrySpeed treatment for fast sweat absorption, plus a fit designed to work with glasses. The anti-scratch visor delivers a 190-degree horizontal field of view with a patented quick-release and lock system, and a Pinlock lens is included.
