Beneath it, a liner made from expanded polystyrene is produced in four densities and four sizes, tailoring impact absorption to the individual wearer. A wind-tunnel-developed spoiler improves stability at higher speeds, supported by five adjustable front vents and two rear extractors that keep air moving through the shell. The panoramic visor provides a 190-degree horizontal field of view, resists scratches, and pops off through a quick-release system for fast replacement. Interior comfort comes from soft, removable, machine-washable padding built to accommodate eyeglasses, along with a detachable nose guard and wind protector.
