Crafted from a durable blend of materials, this high-performance liner incorporates Harley-Davidson’s Mobile Warming system, delivering fast and evenly distributed heat across five strategically placed carbon nano fiber panels—two across the chest, one along the back, and one atop each sleeve. This ensures consistent warmth where it’s needed most, keeping you cozy in cold weather conditions.

The liner is powered by your motorcycle’s 12V electrical system, with a built-in temperature controller offering three heat settings. Riders can adjust the jacket’s warmth and simultaneously control the 12V Programmable Heated Glove Liner (97138-22VM, sold separately), creating a complete heated gear system from hands to torso. A cleverly designed temperature control flap neatly stores wires when not in use, keeping the fit streamlined and hassle-free.

Constructed with 95% polyester and 5% spandex, combined with a 100% nylon plain weave lining and a soft tricot interior (54% polybutylene terephalate, 33% polyester, 13% spandex), the liner provides durability, flexibility, and comfort under protective riding gear. A full-length front zipper with a ribbed collar ensures easy on-and-off wear, while reflective graphic appliqué enhances visibility during low-light rides.

Additional features include a battery connecting harness for secure power integration and design elements that complement your protective gear without adding bulk.
