Protection meets DIN EN 13634 certification through a heel cup that adds stability during stops and maneuvers, alongside TPU reinforcements at the toes, gear-shift area, and sides. Underfoot, a Vibram Traction Lug sole improves grip by more than 25% over standard tread patterns, holding traction on loose or off-road terrain while resisting oil and fuel.

Comfort comes from a polyester and TPU shell working alongside a PTFE-free Gore-Tex membrane, keeping the shoe waterproof and windproof while a 3D knit build allows genuine breathability. A Freelock quick-release dial swaps out traditional laces for a rotary closure, so putting the shoe on or taking it off is nearly instant, and a side zipper offers a second way in. The “Spirit of GS” logo in TPU on the side keeps the look unmistakably GS.
