At the heart of the Monteira is Alpinestars’ advanced 2-layer laminated Drystar®XF waterproof membrane. Engineered to deliver superior breathability, weather protection, and vapor management, this innovative membrane is lightweight, fast-drying, and prevents water saturation—ensuring riders stay dry without the jacket becoming heavy or soggy. Direct ventilation ports on the outer shell enable airflow to pass directly through the jacket, keeping the rider cool and comfortable in warm conditions. The Durable Water Repellent (DWR) treatment adds an extra layer of water resistance, enhancing wet-weather performance.
