Engineered for ultimate protection, performance, and lightweight flexibility, the suit is made entirely from premium kangaroo leather, with dual-layer reinforcements in high-abrasion zones such as the elbows, forearms, seat, hips, and back to provide superior abrasion resistance without compromising comfort or mobility.

For enhanced flexibility and heat protection, the suit incorporates Kevlar®-reinforced stretch panels in key areas like the crotch, inner arms, and armpits. These bonded Kevlar® Grid inserts significantly boost cut, tear, and abrasion resistance while reducing heat transfer to the rider during slides.

A standout feature is the integration of Alpinestars Composite Stretch Technology (A-CS®Tech), used across the torso, shoulders, and upper knees. Replacing traditional leather accordion panels, A-CS®Tech offers a lighter, more breathable, and more flexible alternative.
