The Jorge Lorenzo Yamaha MotoGP 2020 Leather Suit is a professional-grade racing suit designed for maximum safety, comfort, and performance—crafted to meet the demands of world-class MotoGP racing.

Made from high-quality top-grain cowhide leather with a thickness of 1.2–1.3mm, the outer shell delivers exceptional abrasion resistance without sacrificing flexibility. Stretch Kevlar panels at the sleeves, crotch, and cuffs, along with additional stretch sections from the knees to the ankles, provide outstanding mobility in aggressive riding positions.

For protection, the suit is fitted with CE-approved dual-density removable armor at the shoulders, elbows, and knees, as well as a removable dual-density spine protector for back safety. Foam padding at the elbows and knees reduces crash impact, while optional rubber padding adds further reinforcement in critical zones. An aerodynamic extended speed hump—also available as an option—improves stability and protects the neck and spine.

The design features removable knee sliders attached with Velcro, YKK zippers at the front, cuffs, and calves for secure closure, and Velcro straps at the neck, cuffs, and calves to keep zippers firmly in place. The soft neoprene collar and cuffs enhance comfort, while dual and triple stitching in high-stress areas ensures long-term durability.

Inside, the suit is lined with polyester mesh for breathability and features a convenient inner mesh pocket. The pre-curved sleeve design optimizes the riding position, reducing fatigue over long sessions. High-quality nylon thread is used throughout for added strength.
