The 12V Programmable Heated Men’s Jacket Liner is designed to keep riders warm and comfortable on the road, even in the coldest conditions. Made from a durable blend of 95% polyester and 5% spandex with a 100% nylon plain weave lining, it offers flexibility and a comfortable fit. Inside, an additional lining of polybutylene terephalate, polyester, and spandex enhances durability and comfort.
At the core of this jacket liner is a carbon nano fiber heating system that delivers fast, evenly distributed warmth across five strategically placed heating panels—two on the chest, one on the back, and one on the top of each sleeve. The system is powered directly by your motorcycle’s 12V electrical system, ensuring consistent heat for long rides without worrying about battery life. A built-in temperature controller offers three heat settings, allowing riders to customize warmth levels. It can also simultaneously control the matching 12V Programmable Heated Glove Liner (97138-22VM, sold separately).
Practical features enhance its usability, such as a temperature control flap that neatly stores wires when not in use, a full-length front zipper for easy wear, and a ribbed collar for added comfort. Reflective graphic appliqués provide increased visibility in low-light conditions, adding an extra layer of safety.
