This next-generation suit is built with Flex Plus race-grade bovine leather—an ultra-flexible leather developed and refined in Italy to offer superior adaptability. With a 6% stretch ratio, Flex Plus leather is 80% more adaptable than traditional bovine leather, allowing the suit to contour naturally to the rider’s body for a perfect fit. This high adaptability translates into enhanced comfort, increased freedom of movement, and improved control on the bike. Despite its flexibility, the Flex Plus leather still meets Alpinestars’ rigorous professional racing standards for abrasion and tear resistance, while also being 10% lighter than standard leather—making it both safer and easier to wear over long sessions.

Complementing the Flex Plus leather is a combination of Alpinestars Composite Stretch Plus material, Matryx® panels for optimized ventilation and weight savings, and HRSF stretch zones for added mobility.
